Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Jobily website (www.jobily.in) or the Jobily mobile application. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Platform Ownership
The Jobily website and mobile application are owned and managed by Jobily. All content, including designs, graphics, logos, and service structure, are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of Jobily content is strictly prohibited.
Use of Jobily Platform
Jobily connects customers with trusted partners for services, products, and rental items. The platform provides search, booking, communication, and payment options. Users must use these features responsibly and must not misuse, spam, or post inappropriate content.
Customer Information
During registration, customers must provide accurate information. If false or misleading information is provided, Jobily reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account. Jobily does not guarantee the identity of all users and requests that customers remain cautious when engaging with partners.
Partner Information
Jobily verifies all service providers, product sellers, and rental providers before allowing them to offer their services. Jobily aims to maintain quality and safety, but cannot guarantee the absolute performance, timeliness, or suitability of every partner.
Account Security
Customers and partners are responsible for keeping their account details and passwords secure. Jobily is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access caused by negligence.
Termination of Service
Jobily reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our policies. Customers and partners will be notified of any termination. Jobily may also take legal action if required.
Payments and Billing
Payments should be made directly through Jobily's secure payment options. Jobily is not responsible for cash payments made directly to partners outside the platform. For any payment-related issues, customers must contact Jobily support.
Links to External Websites
Jobily may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or services of any third-party sites.
Service Delivery
Customers are advised not to directly hire Jobily partners outside the platform. Jobily does not supply spare parts or materials. Customers must purchase required materials themselves. Service providers are fully responsible for the work performed.
Customer Support
For any issues with service delivery or partner behavior, customers should immediately contact Jobily support for assistance. Jobily will take necessary steps to resolve the issue but is not responsible for criminal activities or legal disputes between customers and partners.
Appliance Services and Rentals
Technician visit charges are mandatory and payable during the first visit. Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately at current market rates. Service warranties are valid for 60 days from the date of service and only cover the issue mentioned during the initial job booking.
Service Exclusions
- Damage due to improper use, electrical issues, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under service warranty.
- Jobily is not responsible for any damages to equipment left at the service center.
- Customers must cover transportation costs if an appliance needs to be taken to the service center.
Payments and Refunds
If a payment fails or is delayed, customers should contact Jobily support immediately. Payment issues may take up to 48 hours to be resolved if processed through online gateways. Jobily does not manage payment disputes for cash transactions.
Special Service Notes
For beauty, healthcare, and rental services, Jobily only acts as a technology platform to connect customers and service providers. Jobily is not responsible for any damage, negligence, or issues during service delivery. Customers should take legal action directly with the service provider if required.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Jobily’s platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Jobily may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes made to these Terms.
